You and your party will check in at the Yak Shack on the dock of City Seafood.
Richard Wahrenberger, the owner and proprietor of City Seafood, and I have a dynamic working relationship that incorporates trust, a family centered ethic, and a whole lot of love! We are pleased to personally invite you to share our passion and vision at You and a Kayak. From the moment you arrive you are going to be treated like family, because, like so many before you, we want you to come back again and again!
City Seafood is renowned coast to coast as the Everglades area premier seafood market, cafe', and restaurant. This historic structure sits directly on the banks of the Barron River; setting the scene for an unforgettable kayak experience...
... and it just keeps getting better. After returning from your kayak adventure, sit dock side and treat yourself to gulf fresh Stone Crabs, or any of the delicious seafood items from the menu... see the City Seafood website at www.cityseafood1.com
...Ice Cream! Yum! The Ice Cream Shoppe right on the premises has whatever flavor treat you're craving. What more could you ask for?
Drive across the Barron River Bridge, turn Right onto Begonia Street (the first street to the right after crossing the bridge). The Yak Shack on the City Seafood Docks is 1/2 mile on the right. Watch for the signs!
