I limit my groups to 6 individuals or less, per trip. This lessens environmental impact and avoids that "flotilla" feeling of being bow to stern with too many kayakers . I make every attempt to match skill levels of my paddlers, so that novices feel confident and competent; and experienced kayakers feel challenged. You are going to have a great time ... you are paddling with "the legendary, not yet famous" Captain Laura Lee!
You will be paddling an incredibly comfortable and stable sit-on-top kayak. They handle extremely well and are just plain fun to tour in. I also have state of the art tandem kayaks for those of you who want to pair up. Remember: this is a water sport ... wear clothing that is suitable for paddling.
What To Bring:
1. A small cooler for your snacks/lunch.
2. Bottled Water
3. Sun Protection ... A hat, Polaroid sunglasses, sun screen lotion, long sleeve shirt.
4. Protective Footwear ... you might want to wade to explore shallow areas.
5. Camera
6. Lightweight Rain Jacket (just in case).
